For the pass "x" minutes, I've been pondering about something a friend of mine said a long time ago. Quote

When I reviewed this, I can't help to feel that her friend is quite "cannot make it", "why like that one". However, a side of me thought deeper onto the issue and noticed that most people only seek out others in need of "something". Apparently, I do something like that as well. I believe its not something we can help. We are that way by nature, and we are unable, in my opinion, to do otherwise. Ask yourself when you seek someone out, definitely you want something from that person, be it small or big, real or emotional.

Just my penny worth of thoughts. I'm looking out to hear opinions as well, feel free to drop comments and stuff.

Thoughts about Direction

Many a times, I'd just neglect my blog as its not really important, or there isn't really anything really important to revelation to blog about. I would have to say that I feel kind of down (aka emo) as I feel like I've been doing nothing but shit all my life. I think a lot of time, when people have too much time on hand, they tend to do stupid things and think too much about life. Seeking too much into its meaning brought me into a vicious cycle of wants and things to do, however always, these thoughts brought me no where as it often ends with the line :"all these for? Nothing again?" Makes me feel that direction brings you back to no direction. Its really all becoming a complexity by itself...

Maybe I shouldn't be talking about such philosophical stuff around here but I wonder why people don't talk about planning for 50 or 100 years later, long after they die, as if it mattered in the first place. But isn't that what long term planning actually meant? Probably that's why some humans are just against long term planning XD

PS. I'm back, hope its for good, I'll try to write something as long as anything good comes along. So hang around and make yourself @ home with whatever is left of this pitch black blog. I'll also try to revamp it asap (so to say, when I get the inspiration for design and other stuff to come along with the blog design)

Adam Lambert!!

Suddenly thought of visiting my own blog page and though of updating it again. Its something that I forgot all about and remember only occasionally. (Do not doubt my short term memory). Proceeding with today's impromptu topic, ADAM LAMBERT. I actually have nothing much to say about it, but I personally feel that his new (a few months old already thou) album is quite good. I really like his rocker style music thou I kinda disliked the album shot for the album "For Your Entertainment". Anyway, I think you guys should try it out anyway. INVICTUS

Recently been to the movies and caught a show that somewhat resembled "The miracle" (I have not watched The Miracle anyway, but I guess it'll be alike assuming their sports inspiring storyline), Invictus. I've got good reviews for the show in terms of inspiration, however, if you're seeking action, romance, comedy; I'm sorry but you're in the wrong theather. Personally, I found the show extremely inspiring and I've found the show pretty touching in terms of watching people fight for their dreams and so on. That's why for once, I've decided to blog a little on the show after finding the poem so often quoted in the show. Enjoy~

Actually the truth is, even though I've told myself I will only update my blog when I change my skin, I've decided to drop in a post for fun~ Someone special told me that my blog should have lost all its readers due to its inconsistency in post frequency, so I've decided to work on my blog a bit on my free time and maybe you pretty people out there will be able to actually have a nicely frequently updated blog to view courtesy of me!

I'll no longer procrastinate on working on my blogskin (as soon as I'm done playing NBA2k10)!

Flying Shoes

Its been months, every thing's been normally kind and "ok-ish". Some ups some downs, reasonable amounts of thing good and bad when suddenly... I saw a bear having steak for lunch in my life...

Yes, its an all low, and somehow, it gets lower and lower. I don't even know where to go next. Just as I've been robbed of happiness, I lost myself next. The next thing happened I couldn't do anything anymore. I felt so frozen. My only outlet was shooting basketball alone at the courts which no longer had its past crowd. There are times when I would just go down and aimlessly shoot hoops, driving hard at rims to try to wear my mind out. Now, I'm nearly totally robbed of that privilege when my beloved basketball sneakers were swiped, literally, right from my door steps. I had to admit, someone is right about one thing, I do turn to my blog when things turn bad >.< serious, things haven't been going on really well for me...

*hai* I'm seeing a vision... numbers that I should buy, perhaps for tomorrow's 4D... that's the only bright side so far.

Teacher's Day Special

Actually I thought I did do a write up for teachers' day,but some how... it didn't exisit. Maybe I did it in my dream or something. To make up for it, I'll post a lame joke for you guys to figure:

1st Day oF 7th Month

It's finally here! The day that no one anticipates and looks forward to. Maybe I should change it to no living should normally look forward to at least. Ghost hunters and people like them might actually be in favor of this season but that's not really the topic today.

Metaphors are fun:
On such an unearthly day, people our normally flock home early to avoid nags from the elder generation (a tradition that has questionable survivability over this modern age with its simply "ignorant" Z-generation), but a particular blur nerd happens to wonder off into the darkness of the night still in his search of himself. When the darkness was darkened deeper by the ironically white clouds shrouding the lone light desperately fighting the overwhelming darkness, "run home" seemed to be the only rational option. Fleeing to back to the doorsteps of a familar apartment located high up in the freshest airs, he rummaged through his belongings only to find a vital piece of his carefully orchestrated puzzle, "Night's End", missing. Not wanting to create a scene, he created a nest for himself with whatever he had and stared blankly at the modern device that could have ended his misery. "Damn, hot night," he spoke to himself as the nonexistent cool night air stood still. His gadget failed to respond to his futile attempt to get aid. For a moment, electricity seemed to have conquered the world and humans with their reliance of their children...

Moral of story: Don't forget to bring your key out and charge your handphone deh...

History...

Was browsing through my photos folder when I noticed a pretty old picture that I've used as an msn picture before a couple of years before. One of the pictures that I would have put into my blog if i actually had one then...

That used to be all I had to eat in the middle of the night, hence freshman survival kit as seen in the background (haha.... its just a good coincidence that the card that NTU provided dumb freshies with when we were tossed into campus life), until when my world known as Singapore introduced something called MacDelivery 24hrs! After that, I no longer had to depend on poor dry rations as such and could feast on healthy food if consumed in moderation as claimed by the big M. It was amazing how much healthier I got with nightly gorging of Mac Spicyand its predecessor, Mac Spicy Double! I have no idea where I'm actually going with this post, but I'm going to end it here~ Enjoy!

THE KING OF POP IS DEAD!

Well... what's new? I would have said it would have been something that was to come eventually, just a matter of how soon. Just like the King of Rock and Roll. But boy did he leave a legacy behind. He had all sorts of things. Great music, great dancing, great money(who on earth would deny this first 3), great fashion sense(praises to everything he wears in his "cooler" MTVs especially his black shoe with white socks fashion statement), great scandals and undoubtably, great "love".

Anyway, this short post is just a tribute to him. Some people seriously hated him I would say, but I would say is give the dead man some forgiveness. Anyway, a post i saw online was pretty funny, so i decided to post it here nevertheless:

Fan Manual Are Confusing!

Recently, there was an addition to the family of electronics at my humble home. Its called a stand fan. Thou its not the first, it definitely came with some wacky instructions in its manual. Figured that its note worthy material, I've decided to blog it down for fun~

here goes~

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
-To protect against electric shock, do not place fan in window, immerse unit, plug or cord in water, or spray liquids. (who in the right state of mind would actually immerse the fan? make it cooler?)

-Do not operate the fan in the presence of explosive and/or flammable fumes. (Shouldn't they change this one to "Stay away from explosive and flammable fumes as they CAN potentially kill you with or without the fan")

WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire or electrical shock, DO NOT USE THIS FAN WITH ANY SOLID STATE SPEED CONTROL DEVICE. (What in the world are solid state speed control devices?!?)

NOTE:
This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, (makes sense till here) or lack experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. (Great... so you actually need qualifications to operate a fan nowadays. So I guess I'd need to attend a course or maybe have experience in fan operations for 2 years before I'm allowed to use this fan?)

阳光美少年

Nice title for a post? Someone interesting actually said i can go and be 阳光美少年. Hard to believe right? Somehow, that brought me onto a hype, and have been advertising myself as that on both msn and here. Maybe I should move it to facebook too just to create the impact on my life. *wahah* as if... I wonder how many of you people out there would actually agree to that... as in agree that I am 阳光美少年~ *heh~*

New Musics!

Sort of came into my own blog to use as an mp3 player and noticed that I haven't been working on updating that little thing at the corner of my blog. So decided to pick out a few new ones to stick into the player as recommendations for all my beloved readers~

New entries include lucky by Jason Mraz, a really sweet and simple song in terms of lyrics and music. Sort of got introduced to it when Mraz sang it in his concert with Joi Chua. If you wanna hear the version with her, you'll have to do your own hunting for clips from the concert. The second would be 蝴蝶(butterfly) by David Tao, another great song from D Tao questioning the world as I would myself, provided i could write music like him >.<
Swinging, from a fantasy anime, Tower of Druaga is a lighter and energetic piece that I couldn't really be bothered with the lyrics. Just liked the music, good enough for me~ especially the chorus, catchy~

An older entry that I never really comment on but found it moving up my top list was Diamond Crevass from a sci-fi anime, Macross Frontier. Check out it out! I think the lyrics are well written, accompanied with its music, gives me the feeling that its a soft outcry into the emptiness of space. Deep hur~

Oh, just a side note, these songs are definately not new... in fact pretty old, have to admit, I wouldn't really have much new songs to introduce. じゃな～(catch you later)

PS: If anyone likes me to put up e lyrics for e songs, please say so, if not i'll juZ be lazy and u all know the results :P

Clap Your Hands!!

After reading it, I've concluded that it holds close to no answers to tat question. However, I was still inspired to write up something on my blog about it. Seriously, why do we clap? I doubt anyone knows the real answer to that, and many other strange things that people do without rhyme or reason. Interestingly, in the article, they noted tat Romans used to click their fingers when in approval whilst in senate, but i but it was seriously a tedious event. Come on, not everyone has the gift to click fingers right? Or maybe all Romans learn it in school or something...

A Moment of "Free-ness"

Just finished a game of basketball and now waiting for my friends to appear in my area to meet up when i suddenly dug out some old files inside my computer. Something called the ber show, episode one, zhng my leon. It was really something.... something that really free people with alot of better things to do would create ie. the semi drunk producers tat made the ber show possible. With a half broken microphone, the sound quality was horrible, along with the incomprehsible content, I bet it was the most horrible thing anyone could ever record (a toad singing twinkle twinkle might have done a better job). BUT, it does carry alot of memories, to the nights in Hall X.... nostalgic.

Cool. Blogging helped kill sometime, as well as help me procrastinate from doing actual stuff like trying hard to get a job. =p anyway, time's out and I've got to run. So hope to catch all you semi-free or really free people again reading my posts! =^o^=

Time Goes By~

It's really been some time since I last blogged~ did you guys out there miss my fantastically exciting blog posts? Actually was slacking so much that I didn't even feel like comming online to post stuff. Just a quick update on myself, for all those still outdated, I've transfered myself to a new housing location known as buangkok and I'm so proud of my area 'cause i think this area is the first in SG to have a 24hrs operations NTUC! Cool right? so you can even go 3am at night to get groceries or whatever you want if you've been too busy to do so for e rest of the 24hrs of the day~

Anyway, just wanted to post some updates on me for the fun of it, and don't really want rant on for too long, so I'll be signing off here~

Suddenly....

All of a sudden, just decided to come in and blog a bit. Been slacking good and hard for the past 2 weeks and I think its about time to return back to the world of reality perhaps. Was I even detached anyway~ who knows. Anyway, in this world, people are just too complicated to be well understood to the extend that non-human lifeforms would definately consider people as strange or even dangerous. Maybe we really are, destorying our own kind through killing others and also killing ourselves. Sounds very "dark" and at the same time, a tough fact to believe. Anyway, I won't elaborate any further before anyone gives me strange nick names that are definately not appreciated.
